Dr. Trent Watson
CEO, Fatigue Consultant, Senior Dietitian
Trent is CEO of Ethos Health, and an Accredited Dietitian. Trent also specialises in Fatigue Management and using the latest in technology works with workplaces to put in place strategies to manage, and reduce the risk of fatigue incident and accident in Australia.
Trent also consults from our Lake Macquarie Practice, is a media spokesperson with the Dietitians Association of Australia and Chairman of the Hunter Medicare Local.

Daniel O’Neill
Senior Industrial Physiotherapist
Daniel has been consulting workplaces in the industrial sector for more than a decade. He is passionate about Musculoskeletal injury prevention and workplace safety. Dan’s specialty is working with crews on shift reinforcing injury prevention strategies in workplaces.

Chris Morton
Physiotherapist, Practice Manager
Chris Morton is a Physiotherapist with more than 8 years experience. In addition to his clinical load, Chris's main passion is managing two Ethos Health clinics as well as project managing significant research or pilot programs on behalf of the business.

Benn West
Exercise Physiologist
Benn has more than 10 years’ experience as an Exercise Physiologist. Benn is able to provide support for clients with conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, cancer, arthritis, pulmonary disease, musculoskeletal injuries and more.

Tim Schneider
Sports Physiotherapist
Tim has more than 15 years experience in sports physiotherapy and has developed a special interest in lumbopelvic and lower limb mechanics. He has worked
with a range of sporting teams from amateur to elite including at national, Olympic and Paralympic level.

Matt Cooper
Fatigue Consultant, Business Consultant
Matt studied a BSc Hons Degree in Sport Performance at the University of Bath. Whilst studying he focused predominantly on elite sports, which has provided him with a background in human factors influencing fatigue and performance. His knowledge also extends to the physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, sociology and psychology areas of performance.

Bronwyn Vaughan
Physiotherapist
Bronwyn has a first class honours degree from the University of Newcastle and divides her time between our Newcastle practice and a number of sports clubs.
Bronwyn has a particular interest in Pilates based rehabilitation and treatment of children and adolescents. She is also physiotherapist for the Newcastle
Jets W-League squad.

Connor Eyers
Physiotherapist
Connor graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2014 and has been working with Ethos Health ever since. He has worked with a number of local and representative sports teams and enjoys treating all types of injuries and painful conditions, especially the shoulder.

David Naylor
Senior Physiotherapist
David Naylor is a physiotherapist with more than 15 years of sports experience. He has a special interest in the biomechanics of injury and rehabilitation, rugby union injuries, shoulder and lower limb injury management.

Karen Barnett
Senior Physiotherapist
Karen is an experienced musculo-skeletal physiotherapist who has been working at Ethos Health since the inception in 2009. Karen is currently delivering our Health Screening Services and also enjoys going onsite providing training and implementation of occupational health initiatives and education around injury prevention.

Dr. Jane Watson
Senior Dietitian
Janes niche experience is in infant and child nutrition, she is passionate about working with families to promote healthy eating habits. She continues to work in nutrition research at the University of Newcastle and has undertaken additional study in child nutrition as well as being an accredited practitioner for the Triple P parenting program.

James Morris
Dietitian
James is an experienced dietitian having worked in a number of medical centres and private practices across NSW. Having moved to Newcastle his clinical
focus is general dietetics, including weight management, heart disease, diabetes, food allergies and intolerances, and sports nutrition. James
also works as a consultant to a number of local organisations, helping run a range of health and wellbeing programs.

Nick Davies
Physiotherapist
Nick is a Newcastle University graduate, who has recently joined the Ethos team with over 6 years’ experience in various private practice and hospital
settings in Australia and the UK. In addition to providing services to a general clinical caseload, Nick has a special interest in work-related injuries
and will be dividing his time between our Newcastle West clinic and various on-site clinics throughout the Hunter.

Laura Haslem
Exercise Physiologist
Laura has 8 years’ experience as an Exercise Physiologist. Laura is able to provide interventions for various conditions, injuries and diseases under Medicare, DVA and WorkCover schemes as well as private patients.

Rowan Davison
Dietitian
Rowan is an experienced Accredited Practising Dietitian with expertise in helping patients with a wide range of issues including weight management, paediatrics, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, oncology, cardiac and renal (kidney) function, aged care, sports nutrition and vegetarian/veganism, mental health. Rowan has primarily worked with NSW Health for the past 5 years in both inpatient and community settings within Hunter, Murrumbidgee and Sydney districts. He currently has a particular interest in gut health, and can assist clients who are interested in microbiome testing.

Dan Lovegrove
Physiotherapist
Dan is a University of Newcastle graduate with several years private practice experience. His physio interests are wide-ranging with specialised knowledge around cycling and soccer.
Dan works with local soccer clubs in the NPL and New FM league and often covers teams for Northern NSW at nationals’ tournaments.

Kate Beatty
Physiotherapist
Kate has a first-class honours degree from the University of Newcastle. Kate enjoys treating a wide range of injuries and has a particular interest in the neck and lower back; including headache and migraine treatment.
